Sparkling Beaded coasters - 6 bead circle

Round beads available in a myriad colors can be combined to form coasters and table mats.

I tried out these two coasters using cream and purple-colored glossy plastic round beads.


One can mix and match light and dark colors to achieve various color effects. You can also increase or decrease the number of rounds depending on the desired size of a coaster.

Here I have alternated light and dark bands in one piece and used a stylized flower pattern for the other.

Start with 6 beads in the center, by threading them with thin plastic wire and work your way over each consecutive round.
