Table doilies in beadwork

Hi friends,

It has been a while since I posted more about my crafts, with so much to do as part of Indian festivities.  So here comes a lot more goodies from my treasure chest, for you all to be inspired! 

Do check out this table mat made from beads in 2 colors.  The basic design is inspired from a traditional Rangoli pattern of the Srichakra yantra, commonly drawn in our South-indian households..

Here is a closeup of the beaded doily done using beads in cream and dark blue colors, in a 6-bead circle.  Start from the center and work your way to the outer circles.
